As Berty says,
Arjuna is correct by allowing players to decide their fate..also representing National team should be given first preferance..as they been payed by SLC.

But some took shortcut...presenting there case to MR..over looking Administrators...which made Arjuna to struck.

Arjuna will struck and struck till they get sized.

20's game highly placed around all round performance..therefore Kandamby is a good selection.

Berty,
to be very frank..Murali was a failure..I am beginning to think he will ever get a 4 wkts haul even in a 50 over match..he also gives more than 50 runs which he never used to those days..i suppose when you get older this is what happens.

But if you look at Warne, McGrath, Pollock etc, they kept performing even at a senior age. Murali's bowling has appeared less lethal in recent times (even b4 Mendis's arrival). It could be due to opposition studying his variations and having a plan. I don't think it is due to any difference in his bowling itself.

After a long time we have few good players coming up. Future looks good if properly managed.

It could be due to the stress relating to non accepatance of his Blood which he spilled by Singlecelled & yet no captaincy for him

Boat genocide :)
The elite Special Boat Squadron (SBS) sailors of Sri Lanka Navy attacked and destroyed two LTTE assault boats, appeared off Pooneryn Sea last night (Sept 29), Navy sources said.

According to the sources, SBS boats patrolling in area detected the two terror boats moving close to the coast from Pooneryn to Kalmunai point (K-point) around 11 PM. The SBS sailors launched a surprise attack at the terror boats and confirmed both boats were destroyed, the sources said.

The sources citing the SBS reports added that there were 8 LTTE cadres onboard and confirmed all were killed in the attack. A search operation has been launched in the area.

Problem is Murali is a craftsman, he needs some overs to workout his magic, this is difficult in one dayers
