Sri Lankan Special Task Force (STF) trooper sustained serious injuries in a gunfire ambush at Arasadiththeevu in Paddippazhai, 15 km west of Batticaloa city Monday around 1:30 p.m., police said.

The wounded STF trooper, Sanath, 20, was rushed to the hospital in Makizhadiththeevu and transferred to Batticaloa Teaching hospital.

what they failed to mention is that 5 sf were killed byhan 6 stf were killed at roopaskulam ltte and more than 100 ltte have gotin away
in the east more than 6 stf were killed at roopas kulam .

at vannerikulam 12 sla were killed and 35 injured yesterday according to sla website .

heavy fighting in the out skirts of mallavi.

sla is only at the base area of barons cap/as for mutha
mail yesterday that relates to tora bora where sla got hammered and more than 100 killed.

ltte fully entrenched at tora bora plateau this is clearly
stated by sla website..from that place they can dominate the entire area including barons cap.

the ltte has killed enough of sla commandoes in thoppigala/
so there will be less battle hardened soldiers for the north.

these soldiers will be stuck here for a long time

can you ask sla why in their website even today they say
that only now from nakarmula sla commandoes are moving
towards tora bora again.

they learnt a heavy lesson on monday.WHEN EVER they get
