I think it is the best time Sri Lankan government to organize a reconciliation process and say SORRY to the Tamil people who got affected by the events in July 83

How many times do you want the SL Leaders to do this?. How many leaders should do this? Don't you remember CBK did it several times.

Now you tell me, Is there any Tamil leader who said sorry for the reasons of the July 83?
Any one said sorry for all the Mascares done by LTTE?
Any one said sorry for chasing Sinhalese and muslims chased out from North and East?
Any leader who said sorry for killing Religious leaders and pilgrims?
Any Tamil's said sorry for killing Premadasa, Gamini, Ranjan, Denzil, CV, Lakshman?
Any one? Any one? Any one?

What do you expect from saying Soryy million times? to show that Sri lankan leaders are begging for Sories.?

Enough is Enough, Praba or his close relatives were not effected from any riot when he killed 13 soldiers. at that time no one knew about a July 83.. better rememer that friend.

You must know that there is no political solution. APRC worked for 2 years on a solution to the ethnic problem but MR forced its chairman to dig out the 20 years old 13th Amendment-minus,-minus to produce it as its own. Tissa Vitarana obliged for fear of his ministerial post. After LTTE is marginalised MR wants to impose PCs within Unitary state to legitimise
1. That the executive powers of the PCs remain with the (Sinhala) president

2. Monetary control of the PC is vested with the Centre that has always been dominated by S-B.

3. That the president empower himself to dismiss the CM and dissolve the PC if and when he desires.

You may know that this PC system failed miserably in 1989 even when N-E were merged.
