The vacum effect happens only in the concealed environments like caves

But according to Mr.Pandarram, The LTTE's WMD,.. I forgot the name he used ..

	SC orders to remove barricades on the Galle Road The Supreme Courts today ordered the Police Chief to remove all barricades on the Galle road from Kollupitiya to Galle Face before January next year. Chief Justice Sarath N. Silvata JAYAWEWA.
