Alfred Doreappa, (sorry if I have mis-spelled) the Mayor, indeed was an innocent civilian, of course he was a civil servant, but the SUN_GOAT killed him. Then the list goes on.....,

Those who kill innocent civilians are terrorists..! But those killing terrorists are not..!

Sinhalese killed Tamils in 1956 at which time Tamils were not guilty of killing any Sinhalese..! So the Sinhalese bacame terrorists just there..! And then VP started killing those Sinhalese, who already had become terrorists..!

In essence, VP is fighting a war on terror..! :O))
