We have to differentciate reactions in Tamil Nadu about the Tamils in Sri Lanka. They just want Tamils in Sri Lanka have a peaceful life with dignity.
They just give dam about elimination of the LTTE. Tamil Nadu has a democratic system and anybody can demonstrate if they feel for it.
I don't think it would not help the belauguered LTTE anyway. I also believe with exstistence of the LTTE there is no way India will involve in SL ethnic strife.
What Tamils should hope for that the LTTE soon become history and India able to come back to the stage of peace process.

No thank you. Tamils should not believe India. Significant number of Tamils are out of the country. I feel sorry for the unfortunates left behind.

What is the role and who is inviting India then? Once LTTE is out MR will send slippers to India. That's for sure.

See who is talking on behalf of the Tamils. Ex mistress and street dancer. That is Tamils fate.

Most of the papers in India do not even publish this news. Some do and when they do it they always says TN fishermen and not Indian.

you don't get the point. The LTTE will be history no matter what. But it would be much relieve to Tamils it happens sooner than later. I am not againgst a strong organisation to represent the Tamils. But the current LTTE leadership must be eliminated before that happened.
Beside Who gave you the rights to talk about future of Tamils in SL and Indian involvment. I have same level rights as you.

I don't think you have understood geo-political realities of the World. It's not India adjust to us but we SL should to it!
Believe it or not within short period of time India again the stage in SL, but ofcourse LTTE would be gone.

Give me your eras Young people of SL movement! I as a Professor from USA is forming an organization for the liberation of SL from the extremist elements both in the SL Govt and the terrorists to liberate this country and give the power to the people of SL. My ultimate aim is to reunite all the ethnic groups of the country by a form of Govt similar to USA! we need to study & revamp the constitution of the country as it stands now and give more power to the different regions of the country. dont misunderstand this statement, this is not for the tamils to have a separate country but to get the tamils and all other ethnic groups as equal partners in a new Republic Of SL. each regeion will be governed by the Governor just as in USA with different regions being called States of SL to form the United States of Sri Lanka (USSL). I want each person who reads this article and give a feedback to me and a general discussion so that we will be able to CHANGE the status quo as is stands now! This is the age of the Internet and the dawn of the 21st century and do you want a new Sri Lanka for your children and grand children?? think about is my brothers and sisters and get back to me asap. let begin this discussion and CHANGE THINGS FOR THE BETTER! hope to hear from you soon, God Bless, DR.
