First it was protest against killing of TN Fishemen by singlecelled !

Now it was protest against killing of Eelam Tamils by singlecelled !

Non recognising tmileelam by india is going against the interest of India. if india does not act now to compel sinhalese to devolve power the war will go on endangering lives of tamilnadu fishermen . this in turm may create tension in TN AND will lead to establishment of armed movement to to go separate from india in order to protect tamil nadu people's interest.

why are your corrupt tamil nadu politicians going on token hunger strikes, when it is the norm and a fact of everyday life for so many people? Would they not be better off focusing their efforts on rectiying that?

CHENNAI: As the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development observes its annual National Nutrition Week this week throughout the country, there is little to cheer about the state of the country s nutrition, experts say.

Malnutrition in India is so acute that it has become a silent emergency, said M.S. Swaminathan, agricultural scientist and chairman, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, speaking here on Monday. Fortysix per cent of children in India under the age of three were malnourished, while 72 per cent of children below 12 months and 77 per cent between the ages of one and two were anaemic.
