On the SLA desertions, the paper said a few thousand deserters of the SLA were being arrested and the military courts operating in the SLA Volunteer Force Headquarters, situated in Pelwatte, Kotte, was sentencing them to jail terms to send a strong message to their fellow deserters.

'The only exception would be those who agree to return to the battlefield.'


So the exceptions are the ones fighting this SLa war, those who accept reality are doomed to jail :-))

GOSL should be tried in UNHRC for violating the rights of SOldiers to move away from the FDL when they are injured & recovering !


in fact the UN is going to do that. But first thing first. They have asked the LTTE to free the civillians they are using as a human shield..

First thing first...then the UN can consider chennai's proposal..

THe army which has to compel guys to fight for MR to plunder Money cannot match the undimished love of the tigers for their Eelam Soil.
