Hon.Leader of the House, Dinesh Gunawardhana has said that any citizen can file a case against this man in the courts under the premise that he has violated his MP oath. And if somebody does so, he will lose his seat in parliament with no doubt.

he should be brought out with impeachments and send home,so no security either,he can have 2 options a white van ride or fly tamil nadu

No, no way..! this man is saying his belief. It is like someone saying 'you will die one day'. It is different from 'I will kill you one day'

Wrong.

It is totally different.

The country faces a danger of being seperated and the country has to be seprated are two different things. your I will kill you goes with the latter expression and the oneday you will die go with the former.

For an SL MP, he cant go uphoding separatism, that is a direct violation of the oath.
