Tamizh has no caste system-it seems
In TamilNadu, Caste system is legal. It is called Scheduled caste system.
AT present, In Sri Lanka, LTT caste is the supreme. Vellahala are poosaris to LTT caste. |

Eastern Tamil's Caste System is slightly different to that of Jaffna or northern tamils, all in all they have around 18 to 24 different castes |

If it is an Industrial design, he should get world wide patent. Otherwise, in about five years other versions will come out. GOSL should help the guy.
He should not have shown it to outsiders without getting them to sign confidentiality agreements.
