Tigerf...

did you read this part too
It has also been observed that the LTTE had heavily relied on its elite troops like the Charles Anthony Brigade and Imran Pandyan brigade to resist the advance of the security forces. This has been a dramatic change in the strategy of the LTTE which mainly deployed the female cadres and its ordinary foot soldiers to fight the security forces in Mannar s Rice Bowl. The change in the LTTE strategy had been effected following a demand by the leader of the female Tiger leader, Vidusha, who commands the all-female Malathi Brigade.
Vidusha had criticized the large number of casualties of female Tiger cadres. Following the persistence resistance by Vidusha over the deployment of female cadres against better equipped and experienced soldiers, the LTTE leadership removed most female cadres from the front line duties and replaced them with its elite cadres

UN raping LTTE ngos :)
The United Nations has admitted it made an 'error' in permitting three representatives of the Tamil Centre for Human Rights (TCHR) , a pro-LTTE organization, to participate in a major conference of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Paris last week.

Responding to a question from the media, Eric Falt, Director of the Outreach Division of the UN's Department of Public Information (DPI) said: ''I would like first of all to assure you that nobody was 'ejected' from the conference.''

Early on the second day of the conference, he said, 'we realized that an error had been committed during the registration process, whereby three representatives of TCHR had been mistakenly accredited for the conference.'
