The Tamils do not join the LTTE to feed their families like the Sinhalese do. The Tamils are lining up to join the LTTE to defend their homeland from the Sinhala aggressors.
I know many families of Tamil Eelam martyrs. All of them are educated, upper middle class well to do families. And many of them are in the western countries. Their Sons and daughters could have lived in the west without any trouble at all but they went to chase the Sinhala thugs out of the homeland.
The Sinhalese will never understand the love of Tamils for their home land.
