Beats the agony of a tele-drama anyday. But I did watch one called 'Sudheera' few months back and that was a very good one. If this one was any good, she would've hollered at me to come and watch it already. |

A 20-year-old Indian man was arrested by the police in Singapore yesterday in connection with the death of a 21-year-old female Sri Lankan national which occurred in a hotel along Lorong 18 Geylang on Thursday.
The Singapore police website said that after round-the-clock enquiries and extensive probes following the discovery of the death, officers tracked down the man who was arrested at about at Ama Keng Road. He will be charged in court today for the Murder under Sec 302 of the Penal Code, Cap 224.
Geylang is known to be the red light district of Singapore where prostitutes operate freely and last year there were reports on the internet of several Sri Lankan women also being involved in the business, most of them forced into it after being duped by some agencies which promise them jobs in the country.
The Sri Lankan High Commission in Singapore had warned Sri Lankans applying for jobs in Singapore to be mindful of misleading job agencies. |

It is funny how loving the husbands can be at times...to be frank Gons..she must be thinking How peaceful to watch it without that pest..otherwise he wil be talking in between the Teledrma..lolz

Most of the time my wife who enjoys the visits of supermarket tells me that she will do the marketing alone..cos she knows i will stand and go 'Chuk Chuk' if i go with her..lolz

It is funny how loving the husbands can be at times...
I never go shopping with her.. It is a painful exercise.. If I am around she wants my opinion.. which is always WRONG :)
Been married long enough to know how to stay clear of obvious dead end roads :)

haha, smart husband, true, my father also keeps away from giving his opinions when doing shopping with mother. If it went wrong after buying , he just have to take the responsibility of bringing a different thing ! when mother buys a wrong Item she just bares the loss. (and of course buys it next day) lolz |
