hopefully there will be a decent leader with a LTTE banner will emerge to take you guys and us on our way to peace.

For that to happen, the Sinhalese need to change their racist leadership also. The Sinhala racist Rajapuckse junta and the Sinhala racist Buddhist monks will never ever allow the Tamils to live as equal citizens in this country. All this talks of peace is just to fool the international community and India.

The Tamils don't expect any kind of constructive solution from the Sinhalese that is the only reason they are still supporting the LTTE.

Malaysia had the Bhumiputra policy against the immigrants who were brought by the British to work in Malaysia. The Sinhalese did the inhuman thing to the Indian laborers by stripping off their citizenship but Malaysia didn't do that to the immigrants.

In Malaysia British promoted Chinese over 'indigenous Malaysians' who were initially people from India. British Brought Indian immigrants when they came in.

The exact same thing happened in Sri Lanka.

In 1948, I don't think Sri Lanka had any 'CITIZENSHIP ACT'. So, Sri Lanka had to decide whether Indian COLLIES were to stay in or let go.

Tamils, particularly SJVC and others wanted to settle them in the EAST and expand their HOMELAND. They used the so called GANDHIAN MOVEMENT.

THIVYA is DISHONEST and lieing.

BURMA was also under Britich Colonials. burma asked British to take away their 'INDIAN SLAVES' when they leave. Unfortunately, either Sri Lanka or Malaysia did not do that.

You missed my point again. All I am saying is, you CANNOT compare us, the Eelam Tamils with immigrants of any country. If you do that, it is an indication of your hatred against Tamils and inherent Sinhala racism. You are not only respecting but denying the Mahavamsa - the pride and Joy of Sinhala Buddhists. :))
