I have visited 17 countries. I am sorry to say, when it comes to number and quality of public toilets, Slanka does not fare well.
Jeez,
I never thought Diploma in Toilet Management that much difficult |

did you claim refuge status in 17 countries?why went 17 countries? no one accepted with doggy documents?
any way were you staying on road in all 17 countries?other wise if you stood in a hotel or in a decent place you dont need to go public toilet?
