Dont act dumb, you know what i am saying ...dont you malli :-))
no man what you really telling? are you telling indian sanitation is higher than SL?or because the beralake is dirty the SL sanitation system is crap?
Most of toilets (90%) in Slanka are still pit latrines. And most of those who wash their backside (60%) don't have running water. Threfore, they don't clean themselves properly.
Though familes may have toilets, Slanka has the lowest number and quality of public toilets per capita. For entire Colombo city to which over 3m people come everyday, there is not a single decent public toilet. The one at Pettha private busstand is always 3feet under water and no body wearing jeans or trousers can enter to toilet areas for the water level is too high. Only those who wear the national dress, sarong and sarees and gowns can use those toilets because they can lift their clothese to enter those toilets. If you wear trousers, forget.
Then that is a squoting type toilet, which has not been cleaned for days. YOu had better not try using that even if you are in a big rush.
The toilets of nearby eating houses, hotels, restaurents are even worse. Better avoid cos you might get deadly deceases.
All in all, the lack of public toilets is a big problem in all major towns in Slanka.
On passing, the areas of Madrass (chennei) New Delhi, Bangalore, I have visited were much clearner than Colombo. I don't know about other areas.

lol raigamkolla was working as a back washer in SL before he go refuge status, that what he say by experience :)
anyway if public toilets are not clean SL again the workers who often appointed to do cleaning are doing it right, often Tamil laborers :)

TamilNet, Sunday, 24 August 2008, 05:40 GMT
It is with great pride that we report to our super smart readers that the Tamil Eelam Olympic Committee (TEOC) has made a formal bid to host the 2016 Olympic Games in our great nation. LTTE Spokesmen Irasiah Ilanthirayan rang up TamilNet to give us the good news using a sophisticated communication system to replace the telephones which were banned in Tamil Eelam when the GoSL committed TELEPHONE GENOCIDE .
Yes, Thalaivar has sent our application for the 2016 Games to the International Olympic Committee for review. By that time we will have destroyed the Sinhaloid army and Tamil Eelam will be the greatest nation on Earth and we will be fully prepared to host such a great event. Instead of having it in just one city, we plan to conduct the Games throughout several locations in Tamil Eelam, showcasing our entire nation to the world in all her glory , Irasiah told us.
The mascot for the Tamil Eelam Games is Puli the tiger. Puli is shown acrobatically trying to escape a lion s clutches as the racist creature attempts to violate it up the backside. This image was chosen by the TEOC because it accurately resembles the situation in the field, where our courageous cadres run the marathon every day to avoid being screwed by the racist homophobic Sinhaloids and make them think that they re defeating us when they actually are not.
