Only thing LTTE can do now is to blow up civilians in the south and threaten to do more. SLDF's will not stop now after coming this far. Trying to stop them will be suicide for both LTTE and GOSL.

We will see about that, but still, it is not too late to have peace talk with the LTTE without any condition. The LTTE will not and the Tamils will not let them lay down the arms.
The Tamils didn't forget the past experience with the Sinhalese. When the unarmed Tamils were protesting front of Parliament, the Sinhaelse sent the thugs and dogs on them. The Sinhalese want the Tamils to go back to those good old days, that's why they want the LTTE to lay down the arms before peace talk. That way, they can easily force a Sinhala solution on Tamils.
If the Sinhalese can send their sons and daughters to kill the Tamils in their homes and villages, why can't the sons and daughters of Tamils attack the Sinhalese in their homes and villages. I don't see any logic behind your argument.

LTTE does not allow tamils to have any other option but them. They have either murdered or banished all moderate tamil politicians who were against the views and aspirations of the LTTE.
A militarized LTTE lead by VP has absolutely no place in a democratic solution that any Sri Lankan can agree including the Tamil politicians who has managed to escape the LTTE so far.

No point in this argument. When the LTTE is gone and VP is pulled out of the rat hole, your thinking might change after seeing the reaction of the tamils oppressed by VP and the LTTE for 30 + years.
