the best way to stop civilians becoming human shileds and to save soldiers are starve the civilians.

In the case of tamils that is like accepting 50:50 formula.

U cant make a judgement sitting here that civilians are human shields..

ask indenpent agency to verify that..

It is very easy, gentile and many more to talk about humane things far away from the battle field.

But, think about how many lives are saved if some were starved for a short while.

We are not talking about starving to death.
