I have heard similar complaints inthe west that Physicians trying to abort children of certain immigrant groups.
So, Sri Lankan people should be careful.
Already most families have 2 children for most of the time.
One way is, govt canhelp financilally for heavy families.
WE should begin volunteer organizations without asking govt for everything. |

Forcing innocent young girls to do these type of things is morally wrong, I don't know what these NGOs are trying to achieve.
Stupid health ministry is responsible for these type of things. |

Sri Lanka is a name given by the Sri Lanka Family Politicians in 1950's, who were ex-Christians like SWRD.
When Prince Vijaya landed in this Island, he touched the Copper Color (Thamba or Brass)sand and said 'Thamba Pannie (Island)'.
During that time the inhabitants lived in peace. Let the name be changed to 'Thambapannie'. Or even Ceylon is better than Sri Lanka because Sri Lanka is notoriously and internationally connected with a Political party, Corruption, Human rights,un-Democracy, Cheating, Thugs etc etc. |

Yarns and fabrications taken as facts and make references to current real events.Phrases of Tripitaka , Bible, qua-ran or Bhagawath geetha come under the same category. There were no copper discovered at that time and Thamba Panni is a fabrication of a contributor to the Mahawansa.In any case that was not the language used by prince Vijaya at that time at all.

Without the private and governmental billions and billions of foreign help SL would have no fuel and no anything today ...
Cash reserves are tiny and only last for 2 months so that massive borrowing at highest interest rates that apply for top risk customers is vital.
Japanese alone gave $13 over the years, $4 came with tsunami, almost every bridge, railway carriage etc. is a foreign donation. Now it is the Chinese buying SL step by step. Hambantota and Colombo harbor properties are backing the loans and some outdated weapons delivered via Pakistan are going to increase the debts even faster.
Chinese will convert SL into a low cost factory with a few million cheap slaves producing vegetables, clothes and simple products for Chinese exports.
