The above wordings are in posters that the desperate Tigers have posted all over Wanni asking people to resist the Sri Lankan Security Forces that are close to routing the LTTE. The terrorists running short of manpower have also inserted the same notice in the Jaffna newspaper Eelanathan.
This appeal has been made in particular to the 6000 odd persons who left LTTE ranks to get married or for various other reasons during the lull in fighting shortly after the so-called ceasefire agreement was signed between the Ranil Wickremesinghe Government and the Tigers in 2002. At that time the LTTE leadership relaxed the rules that prevented Tiger cadres from leaving the organization. Many had left the movement taking advantage of this opportunity.
Now the Tigers are desperate to have them back.

What the international community does not realize is that the rhetoric by the Srilanka state is for the consumption of the Sinhalese hoi polloi, so that they would forget the economic crisis in which they are wallowing in, just to keep the triumvirate safe in their seats of political power.
