Those who support the war in Sri Lanka are cowards who will never be in the front line for fear of being killed.
What happened to your sense of humor man! I was talking about sending Venerable AnuD thero to the front with a Gatling as someone said he claimed that he was afraid of the LTTE.
Why would any of us be in the front lines? We have our ARMY, Navy, Airforce and the STF doing a pretty good job for us. We have lots of friends and Family in the forces and we are proud of them and are thankful to them for choosing that as their occupation.
Fear of being killed has very little to do with it. Some chose an occupation in the military and guys like us did not.
I still could beat the crap out of any punk.. I guarantee you that.

So you think that those who join the SLDF choose it as their occupation. Do you know that those who fight are from the poor families? Only poor families choose fighting as their occupation and the affluent choose other better paid jobs with long life. Did you ever wonder why none of the children of 225 MPs and the president necer choose fighting by joining SLDF as their occupation?
Will you recommend your child joining SLDF and serve in the front line? Be honest. You can fool yourself but not everybody. |
