SL is not going to benefit by nuclear technology as they do not have the capability to think about nuclear, even SL hire Paki and Ukranian pilots.
Indians got the nuclear know how from Russians for free for sucking up to them during the cold war, and all the
fighter jet assembling plants were put up by them. Now they hv become big mouths and boasting about their technology. Even Pakistani nuclear technology is more
indigenous than Indian.

Yes there are many such opportunists. But, how do you know if AnuD sought asylum?
I know one guy who sought asylum claiming he was affiliated to JVP. But his asylum application was denied and the guy had to go back. No one tortured or even paid any attention to the guy.
