what we all can safely say is this war is killing a lot of our YOUTH..and it will go on for a very long time...

Agree with the first part- 2nd part I really dont know.

Relevance of truck-Tractor is -if its a tractor carrying food it would have been manned by a couple of guys only.
Another thing - Tnet hasnt run any 2nd ,3rd leads as they usually do. The fact remains that there is some LTTE activity in the East no doubt.

OK now thats settled and hope MR Pandaaram or someone would come now to provide some comic relief!
:))))

23 Sri Lanka Army (SLA) soldiers were killed and four wounded in a Claymore ambush at Periyavaddavaan in Tharavai (Thoppikkal) area in Batticaloa district Tuesday evening around 6:30

Who would have done it since LTTE was flushed out.

Mr. Berty..

It is true, we are all sri lankans and humans and here we are trying to figure out how many got killed..!!

The consequences of a dangerous cocktail of mistrust, hate, grief and other peoples emotional baggage!!.. The sooner we realise that we are all but the same, trying to understand our existence, purpose and future in this life.. the sooner each of us will attain true salvation through peace of mind and body!!.. hanging on to materialistic notions of earth, wind and fire is a recipe for disaster!!..

Hey BTW, i like all what you have put in your space but i am no expert, i visit your page but only to read and learn. so i can't comment much.

Thanks.. The quest for Knowledge is the only journey worth making in life!!.. :O))

First it's unbearable for the loved ones and their families.

It's a loss to the country.

But will the leader who abrogated the Cease-Fire Agreement and his supporters feel remorse or even sorry for the dead or their families?
