His DOB is 24.1.1990 & he was recruited on 29.3.2007.
How do you know he was recruited in 29.3.2007?
There in the ID does it say he was recruited in 29.3.2007?

Why this child needs a ID card ? Army needs one with ID card for recruitment.
Since he wanted to Join the army & he got the ID card .
These guys admitted him even before he completed 18 yrs.
This is a classic case of child recruitment however spin you may try to yarn.
