Have you ever got a pic of Subs that are used by Sea tigers to blast the ships ? so they are as stealth as they could be .
Nothing wrong in calling them as stealth subs.

Here is another country which is technically a US colony. The Philipines. There is a US military base. There is also a US military base in South Korea. Wow, look t the way countries lose their sovereignity, like a pack of cards.
This is very interesting. You are taking much interest in clarifying the Indian position towards this SAARC conference explaining it's a temporary manouver and have also cited Germany etc. saying these countries have not lost their Soverignty.
