'Hili bath is not frozen or cold rice.

What's commonly called Heel Bath is usually when having rice cooked the night before when having for breakfast.

it is bit 'crispy' rice formed as an adjacent layer to the pot during cooking.

that is 'bath dhankuda', the roasted bit get stuck to the pot.
