Heal bath with pol kiri and little bit of onions and green chilli chopped and mixed is good to cool your body

I live very much Piyal's life.

I brought Karapinchca also from Sri Lanka and a few plants.

but, it is difficult to keep during the Canadian Winter.

can get heal bath in 1 or 2 hours if you put it in the freezer.
