The TN MPs are bargaining for things that are being done one by one.
Have you not seen the reports abt the Sethu canal that will create bountiful trade between Eelam & TN ?
No FOrce on earth can stop the creation of Sethu canal.
It has taken 18 long years for the Gandhi family to openly pardon tigers & it is only 4 months since they announced.
Wait till MR goes to china for 20 days & comes back to COlombo. you will find a definite change in India policy decision & MOreover the new Indian 'directive' to MR not to gatecrash into the 'thirupathi Darshan' is a slap on his face !

All the Tamil leaders wanted to build a secular, western style democracy with freedom and equality for all.
Which country in the west is secular.
Which country in the West is open to accept other cultures except the major culture which is English or and descending from Europe.
India is the only country which is secular and that is also by default.
Once you acknowledged the attachment of tamils to South India.
That is why we say, Sinhala peole have only Sri Lanka and tamils want to Systematically DESTROY THE SINHALA CIVILIZATION.
Tamils are doing that by tamilizing the North and EAst.
So, we have to sinhalize back those areas. |

Mate sethu may have economic implications for sri lanka...but doom for ltte's sea smuggling and other illicit ops...
so it baffles me how on earth you link sethu with elam's benefit...!
the govt of india will not want a third armed etity operating in the sethu waters apart from the legitimate Indian and sl forces...
have you not understood why the ltte whined against this move in a strange act of corporation with the govt of sri lanka...
we will manage the economic aspect by the hambanthota port...but for ltte...bye bye it will be...

I repeat again for the Hundredth Time in this Forum.
India will prefer to have tigers at Jaffna than chinese & Paki Spies in North of SOrrylanka .
If tigers really wanted to destroy India, they could have made a deal with Pakistan / China & could have made life miserable to India.
But they did not do that since they know India is the Natural ally for tigers. |

There will be no chinese or paki in sorry lanka as you say the day there is no ltte...
other countries come here only cos we have trouble at home...
why do you think india stays mum as the ltte gets the beating of a lifetime... |

When i was a in madurai, i got a Golden watch as a gift from my uncle which came smuggled from Srilanka ! Those times TN was benefited becoz of cheaper goods from Sorry Lanka.
Now it is the other way around. You cant stop the trade between EElam & TN watever you wish to do in the seas !
Remember even when IPKF was there, there were transport of goods between TN & Eelam. |

It is not Pakistan or china who want India Destroyed. It is the RAW who wants it.

There was a electrification pact with A chinese company which landed with abt 100 chinese in the guise of giving power to Jaffna.
DO you really know how many were there genuine engineers & how many were there as Spies ?
This made RAW to Panick & then they came to meet MR. |
