Capturing an earth bund or a cemetery here and there wont make any difference........

well to the great nitwitt who said that......i guess advancing on several fronts and capturing almost the whole of the mannar district is an earth bund and a cemetery, ONLY !!

Only the Sinhala Muniyas are suffering from selective amnesia and the Indians didn't forget the bravery of LTTE

Definitely Indians seem to know more than what they may be saying... It seems RAW is in constant consultation with Tiger Intelligence Command (TIC).

If that turns out to be the game plan of the LTTE, that would be an indication that the LTTE s fighting capabilities have been sufficiently damaged by the Sri Lankan Armed Forces and that it has started looking for a way out to achieve a stoppage of the fighting without giving an impression of wanting to do so

i can interpret in a different way. if govt goes for peace talk / ceasefire with ltte now , then it means govt has lost confidence in winning/ distroying ltte and army is facing difficulties to further move in vanni heartland and fears of severe retaliations by ltte.

Just a few months ago the same B.Raman praised the LTTE for the bravery and precision of the Anuradhapura attack. In few weeks the same B. Raman will praise the LTTE again.

The Indian journalistic coolies are living off the LTTE, without the LTTE they won't have any yarn to spin their stories.

thats why GOSL rejected the ceasefire wholesale...and reiterated the unconditional rejection yesterday in Parliament too.

Sri Lanka has rejected the LTTE s unilateral cease-fire many times before but the GOSL is the one who begged Norway to come and mediate after a single brave attack on the Airport.

The LTTE (Tamils) didn't invite Norway but the GOSL(Sinahlese) did.
