IF Schizo Prabha understand the reality he should ask the LTTE carders to lay down arms and surrender to save their young lives and he him self can commit suicide. It is utter madness to sacrifice productive Tamil lives for Prabhakaran's schizophrenia and Tamil Diaspora's Hypocrisy and racism.

With a strong likelihood of an LTTE counter-offensive in the horizon, the Sri Lanka Army recently upgraded its electronic warfare capabilities with the latest Electronic Weapons Locating Radar systems available in the market.

rest of article is on defenceWire.

It's good that we're preparing for the counter. It's not a question of IF but WHEN and WHERE.

That seems to be the reason for this new purchase.
