Read inbetween the lines which i posted

By Thursday night when news spread through the grapevine that he was visiting India, the rumour was that he was flying to New Delhi for urgent talks with Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.

Naturally, officials at the Indian High Commission were embarrassed if not angry. 'Those rumours are utter rubbish,' declared one official. His anger was perhaps understandable

Delhi asks Lankan VIPs not to come unannounced

The Indian directive came hot on the heels of a high level Sri Lankan delegation visiting Tirupathi and Puttaparthi in Andra Pradesh recently.

Ariyalai,

Before I answer your question ( which I believe has been answered by my self many times before) Can you please 're-educate' us on what previously happened to Tamil intelecuals that dared to negotiate with the Govt for a political solution?

President makes sudden visit to Tirupathi temple, no political talks in Delhi.

Premier Singh's Congress Government was beleaguered this week by the exit of a constituent partner, the Communist Party. This was over the Government's decision to go ahead with a nuclear deal with the United States. Thus, not only Manmohan Singh, but other Congress leaders too were busy trying to shore up support for the Government to stay in power.

My straight answer is that, LTTE killed them. Their aim was to make them as the sole representative of the Tamils. I must also make another point that recently, the GOSL had a hand in the killings of the Tamil parliamentarians. There is nothing to excuse the LTTE for those killings.

Hajara,

Then why can you say that tamils have not asked wat they wanted ?

Wat is Pillaiyan now demanding ? He is also demanding direct financial support From IC, Police Powers & all .

They are almost like that of ISGA.
