Multi national company(ies) exploit GOSL because milk powder is a political tool.
think, 100 years ago, Milk powder was not known in Sri Lanka. Now Sri Lankans can not live without milk powder. How powerful, the advertisements are.
May, 2008 alone GOSL had given subsidies of Half a billion Rupees for the company.
