LTTE should try new tactics, ceasefire is too stale!
they have offered ceasefire only on the context of Asian countries.
Not in anyway related to GOSL.
they have also clearly stated that Peace talks are meaningless.
Tigers are behaving like Responsible organisation wrt IC. |

Tigers have made a master stroke by announcing Ceasefire during Saarc summit.
IF the SAARC summit is succesful, it is becasue of tigers & definitely NOT in spite of tigers.
This is a good propangada victory for tigers over GOSL. |
