What do you think about Vidattaltivu? Do you think it is still under LTTE since tamilnet is not saying anything about Vidattaltivu?

Who can say where the road goes,
Where the day flows, only time?
And who can say if your love grows,
As your hearth chose, only time?

Who can say why your heart sights,
As your live flies, only time?
And who can say why your heart cries
when your love lies, only time?

Who can say when the roads meet,
That love might be ,in your heart?
and who can say when the day sleeps,
and the night keeps all your heart?
Night keeps all your heart.....

Who can say if your love groves,
As your heart chose, only time?
And who can say where the road goes
Where the day flows, only time?

Who knows? Only time
Who knows? Only time

good one.
that is the reality

Air intelligence confirms 22 LTTE suicide bombers killed in air raid

It is really funny!

They 'kill' so many.. but cannot really get a big hit.
TC was just unfortunate to hit by a stray bullet.

Tigers keep comming back. They come from sea, land, and TAFs. Fonny claims 'liberation' in one year, but, keep extending it!

VP 'killed' twice by Kifrs, but, attends ceremonies and giving awards.

For Tamils 100 year war is becoming real. VP may be gone, but, 80 million Tamils will become 160 million and Tamil Eelam will be the strongest nation in South Asia!

Nothing will change in the ground. This unilateral ceasefire is just to show the real face of Nazism to the international community one more time when the world focus is on the upcoming SARRC summit. What Manmohan is going to say in the SARRC summit after this unilateral ceasefire?

This unilateral ceasefire is nothing new. In December 2000..

The Liberation Tigers declared Thursday a month-long unilateral ceasefire 'as a goodwill measure to facilitate the peace process.'

But what happened in April 2001...

LTTE's new action has + and - sides.

World knows that LTTE is having hidden motivation for this plan. But, at least, LTTE can attract some media attention in SAARC week.

Also, by doing that, they signal, they are also a considerably important organization, among SAARC nations, regardless to the immediate IC response this action.
That move is for future I hope.

But the negative side is, LTTE action confirms that its a potential threat to SAARC. If they only concern about own war in north, Colombo SAARC summit has no impact from LTTE.

Anyway, LTTE must use this unilateral action to develop some non-violence methods to gain IC attention and to find a solution. They know more than SLA, the war is not a long running survival tactic for them.

Just a few hours following the termination of the LTTE's four months old cease-fire in the early hours of the morning on the 24th April, thousands of Sri Lankan troops of the SLA's 52, 53 and 55 Divisions, in a major show of strength, supported by heavy artillery, multi-barrel rocket fire and aerial and naval bombardment, launched a major offensive assault against the LTTE positions in southern Jaffna. Directed by the Deputy Minister General Ratwatte and heads of the armed forces in the Palaly military complex, the Sri Lankan troops initially breached through the heavily entrenched LTTE s forward defence lines on three fronts along the Kilaly-Eluthumadduval Nagar Kovil axis. The LTTE s battle-hardened combat units well prepared and anticipating an imminent offensive by the Sri Lankan army launched ferocious counter-offensive assaults using heavy artillery, mortars, and multi-barrel rocket launchers.

The intrusions of the Government troops in Kilaly and Nagar Kovil sectors were repulsed by the LTTE forces on the first day of the offensive inflicting heavy casualties on the enemy. But the army managed to hold a 2 kilometre stretch of territory in theEluthumadduval sector near the A9 highway.

These troopers holed up in an area surrounded by the LTTE fighters on three sides faced intense artillery and mortar fire day and night for four days. Unable to sustain the determined assault by the LTTE fighters on one side and the unacceptable mounting casualties on the other, the government troops finally abandoned the captured territory and fled to the original positions in total disarray. Though the land battle ceased today, Israeli Kfirs, and Russian jets are continuing to pound the LTTE s positions.

30 bodies of the Sri Lankan soldiers were handed over to the ICRC in Vanni this morning and the rest will be handed over later.

history is repeating??
