they are reportedly have said at least pottu amman...that means they are after both of them..
Indians bureacts knows that Prabha has legitimate right to take out Rajiv since Rajiv ordered prabha to be killed . It is well documented even in INdian army intelligence reports.
So they are no longer asking for Prabha. But since their ego of Indian super power stands , they want at least some justice so that they can offer full support back to Eelam tamils.
Remember even the present guys in Delhi feel 13th amendment is no longer sounding lucrative to Eelam tamils & Colombo has to give more .
When a defacto state has Army, Navy & Air force, why would it surrender first to Colombo ?

| It seems that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Hence the contradictory statement by defence secretary and the general secretary of GOSL peace secretariat. One is a politician and the other is an educated civil servant. These guys are there to make money out of the war. In turn the innocent and the poor (the Sinhalese and the Tamils) get killed. It is time that the international community understand the reason behind this war. |

hence their mistake...you can't reach out to others and ignore the main party to the issue...how stupid is that? They are reacing for th wrong straws I would say...What can Bangladesh, Maldives, Bhutan and PAkistan do...?
Let me see, Maldives sank an LTTE boat, Pakistan supports GOSL Militarily, Bhutan, No comment, Afghanistan, enough issues for themselves...etc etc.. nOt even talking about Bangladesh here.

LTTE's offer was rejected in SL parliament??
U are not able to read the mind of tigers. The tiger command is still under control of their strategic reserves & they are trying to show the world that they are not 'terrorists' as portrayed by GOSL.
By guaranteeing the safety of Indian PM, they indicate that India is the natural ally for them & TN brothers will be bolden by this actions of tigers.
This will hurt GOSL in the longer run .

Prabha has Legitimate right to take Rajiv....ha ha ha you have over taken EEElamaya.
Colombo has nothing to give to Kallathonies.they are getting what they been asking for.
LTTE should fight it out....no mercy to militias it is well learned

It is easier to beat a guy who has just completed a Marathon Run since all his enery would be exhausted already.
So tigers will wait till the exhausted Marathon Man comes near them. |

Not binding in legal terms means the other party can do as they wish but our party's actions are not dependant nor are influenced by the other party's actions..
In other words, GOSL says, if you wanna observe ceasefire during SAARC, fine..go ahead..we would be happy as it will be less pain on our heads..but dont count on us to return the favour..
ltte declared CF unilaterally. so reciprocal from GOVT is not a must. but who knows the possibility for a reciprocal ceasefire in future once it is officially conveyed to gosl through norway.
what FM said is the development as of today. but he did not reject it outright like Gota did. |

the only way they can show the world that they are not terrorists now is to lay down their weapons, surrender to the SLDF, shave their heads and become monks and beg for forgiveness from every man woman and child in Sri Lanka for all the past atrocities....
