Nacho,
There are various theories & policies that are getting thrown out & lot of intellectuals & Military Analysts who are thinking abt the Eelam 4 War.
I would say that tigers are bold in the sense that they are trying to reach out Politically to all other members of SAARC except Sorry lanka. |

Even TamilNadu has a Nuclear Reactor for the last 25 yrs & you dont have anything over there still commisioned even after 60 yrs of independence .
Once this deal is completed, India will become more Powerful for being the ally of USA for next 40 yrs !

No govt. binding with LTTE ceasefire - Rohitha
Tuesday, 22 July 2008 13:46
The government has no binding with the unilateral ceasefire said to have been announced by the LTTE, Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama told Parliament today (July 22nd).
He was responding to a question by National Freedom Front Chairman Wimal Weerawansa.
Mr. Weerawansa wanted to know the truth to reports that a government team was discussing a response to the LTTE's intended cessation of hostilities.
Mr. Bogollagama noted that the Tigers have reportedly declared the ceasefire only for the duration of the SAARC, which Colombo is hosting later this month.
can we conder this as rejection by the govt.?

Nacho,
what LTTE has to do is to reach out to India first, cos they will be the deciding factor
Do you think they have not have done so till now ?
Even the 'Indian trio ' Position of not asking for Prabha but instead Pottu amman seems to be Climb down due to negotiations going on between india & tigers. |
