This signs, LTTE is willing to do more, if they can cover its face.
Perhaps, GOSL must give a consideration and guide LTTE into the table.
After all these wars, LTTE needs an environment to talk PEACE, while keeping its name among Tamils.
This is may be the last time LTTE can divert its method into non-violence.
