one thing for sure.. the Indians are not taking a chance like they did when Rajive visited colombo....
You are damn right tigress. They will not fooled by these ceasefire offers.
CF or no CF, the indians are compelled to bring in their own security... sorry again,,, try another time...:)) |

what do you mean Costa?? the ltte hoping the SLA will also observe CF??
they may be thinking that there is always an other day!
The LTTE could waited a litte bit longer, I mean a day or to before the summit begins, to make this announcement. :) |

SLDF must do what they do. Never listen to terrorists. Keep on hitting them until they renounce violence.
LTTE trying to get regroup and amass troops for an assault. Nothing more. |

obviously there is no communications between the warring parties... sure gotabaya thought it as an option to stop Indian SF invading colombo ...
now ISF invaded Colombo, the ltte announced CF! :))

it would have made no differences... Indian forces are in Colombo already....
CF or no CF , the Indians would not have taken an other chance, but if the gosl and the ltte could have archived a CF even after the trios visit the SL could have persuaded the Indians not to bring in their forces..
whether the gosl would have succeeded or not in pursuing the matter with the Indians is an other story if the ltte and the gosl archived a CF after the trios visit....
