LTTE 'DPU' captured

Army Intelligence unit last weekend cracked open the activities of an LTTE 'Deep Penetration Unit' in the Weli Oya sector uncovering weapons and food dumps located in government held areas behind the advancing 59 Division's path.

MI units recovered 5 claymore mines, dry rations, explosives and other armaments from the Tamil village of Salpe Aru. By last week, Intelligence units had captured five of the LTTE 'Deep Penetration Unit' cadres from various safehouses.

The cadres have revealed an elaborate network of smuggling men and materials to the East via Kuchchaveli and Thiriyaya jungles. The first cadre arrested from the group, who is also the leader of the group, was a 17-year-old Teenager with 5yrs of experience in the LTTE.

The LTTE is the first to develop a 'Deep Penetration Unit' in the war under the leadership of 'Col.' Jeyam. Jeyam, whilst serving as a junior cadre under Prabhakaran's relative and disgraced senior cadre Mahendrarajah alias Mahattaya was arrested and tortured by LTTE intelligence units on suspicion of conspiracy against Prabhakaran's unilateral command.

Prabhakaran, a born talent at identifying lambs for slaughter, gave a task to Jeyam to prove himself to which Jeyam responded by developing the LTTE's first DPU, a less sophisticated design than that of the SLA's LRRP units, which uses Tamil villages inside government areas as cover for reconnaissance and sabotage missions.

Currently these units operate in the south killing mainly civilians after reached these areas along old routes of pilgrimage used by Hindu deities for centuries to go on pilgrimage to the Kataragama Devala.

As usual, I don't have enough orifices to laugh at this ....

Instead of laughing, I suggest you all follow Fonny and go pray at Dalada Maligawam.

At least he was wise to see what would come from the arsanals in Vanni and started praying!

I think his prayers were answered by good gods that LTTE softened its heart and made this historic goodwill gesture!

Another joker. When did they get the goodwill? While running from Vedithalvu?

for the tamilnet, mannar high command is still at uyilankulam entry exit point on A14..!!

Because the high command building rentle period expired and owners asked them to handover back.

these area is filled with traps and land mines they are taking each step with great care, so they need time too. to clear out all the mess it take more time than east.

That is our leaders plan :)))

He is allowing the Sinhala thugs to be scattered everywhere in Tamil home land. Then the LTTE will plant the booby traps and the deadly bomb invented by Charles Anthony.

The Sinhala thugs won 't come out at nights because they are not the sons of soil of Tamil Eelam and they are alien to that land, therefore they are not familiar to our home land.

Only then Prabhakaran will begin to chase the Sinhala thugs and they will run like cattle in the rice fields and die. The LTTE will pack them like the Mannar dry fish and send it to the Sinhala south. :)))

There is no meaning with this ceasefire unless ellalan forces too announces one. LTTE will use the name of ellalan forces to carry out attack and when counter measures are taken will blame SLA on violations of the ceasefire, like what happened in previous CFA.
