My friend's parent were true beleiver of LTTE in the past, but they say they do not now. What they are telling is that LTTE is doing a power struggle but they will not do any good for poor tamil people.

Karuna was one of the best that LTTE had and he managed to save Prabha's bum in several times. He left LTTE because the snobby hierarchy that it has got based on territorial discrimination. Within LTTE it's eastern and wanni cadres who are mostly battle hardned, but Jaffna cadres get the priority when come to crucial level posts. Karuna could not be tolerant with that injustice and that's why he left
Tell that to any Eastern Tamil when he is out of Sorry Lanka, he will beat the crap out of you. He has to tolerate all your nonsense theories about Tamils in Sri Lanka because the 100% Sinhala army and pro Sinhala justice system of Sri Lanka.
Sinhalese are still 50 years backward in understanding the strong basis of Tamil nationalism. The Tamil nationalism has no caste, regional even country boundaries.

Looks like you are a new member... but, unfortunately, you have gotten addicted to the punnakku already, just like many seasoned hands, including some senior mambers, here.
It is nothing but courage that VP is showing here by offering a historic opening for GOSL to rescue itself from the spiral of violance.
Remember, VP and 80 million Tamils are ready for 100 year war. With Tamils growth rate being roughly 1% a year, that means in 100 years there will be 160 million Tamils.
Modayas cannot see these realities. But, VP knows! Thats why he is offering this historic good will gesture!

We all Tamils can't go and kill the traitors and the Sinhala Nazis. We need people to work hard in rich western countries and support our freedom struggle with hard currency like the Jewish diaspora to the state of Israel. :)))
