what nonsense you write?? do you compare the GB and the way the British rule their land with srilanka??

No way, we cannot compare the stupid way the british rule sri lanka, giving 50-60% of the opportunities to a 6-7% of the population. how can we. even Tamils are more matured than the british. they had only asked for 50-50 at the independance. that is less than 50-60 at least.

The LTTE terrorists have destroyed infrastructure in Vedittalthivu including vehicles, while fleeing the area. A huge water tank which provided water to thousands was exploded. This was built with World Bank aid amounting to millions of rupees. The Government had allocated a large sum of money to the development of the area although it was a terrorist dominated area. The water tank was destroyed half an hour before the soldiers entered the area. The terrorists had used the Veditthaltivu Hospital for their purposes. They had looted valuable drugs while the rest had been destroyed. The expensive vehicles have also been taken while the remaining were booby trapped. The terrorists have unleashed damage amounting to billions of rupees.

Another town is liberated by SLDF from LTTE

July 20, Colombo: Sri Lanka army has this afternoon declared Iluppaikkadavai town liberated from LTTE control for the first time after 21 years.

Defense Ministry said troops of Task Force 1 and Commando brigade encircled the remote town situated 12 km North of Vidattaltivu by last night and entered in to the town this morning.

Defence offcials said that another large Tamil Tiger stronghold situated on the Northwestern coast of the Island has fallen with the new victory. Troops of Task Force 1 has already marched about 2 km North of Illuppaikkadavai town and consolidating their defences at present, the offcials added.

You may be right... Jayasikuru was never finished. SF and GR has come to finish the job properly this time. So sit tight and wait...
