Fleeing sea tigers attacked

Air raids were carried out on two sea tiger boats withdrawing towards the North about four kilometres in the Veditthaltivu sea belt. MI-24 helicopter gun ships carried out the attack at around 1.00 pm today. Air Force Spokesman Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara said the two boats were shattered. In the meantime another air raid was carried out on a sea tiger base at Vallaipaadu, situated 40 kilometres North of Veditthaltivu. The attack took place at around 3.30 pm today. It was identified as a tiger terrorist gathering centre

Sea tigers are one of the most seasoned units in LTTE. Killing them at any opportunity is good for the country!
I like to see this kind of good cordination between sri lankan armed forces. This was not done properly in the past.
