Two school boys who went for a sea bath at Preethipura, Wattala drowned today. A navy official who went to their rescue also drowned. The school boys in a desperate attempt to save themselves had clung on to the rescuer and had dragged him down as well, police spokesman SSP Ranjith Gunasekara said.

What sad about this is that one for the dead boy is a Tamil from Wattala. The Navy guy jumped in full gear to save them and was dragged under due to the boys struggling., Shows the mettle of the SLDF!!

	Sinthaka It was a great bowling performanace by MENDIS..U picked him up as our Future spinner to replace Murali. well done!! I watched the whole match..did not move!! The feeling is fantastic..!

Hope this is an eye opener for Prabakaran......

How many cricketers he has sacrificed over the 30 years.
Only had he tried to wage the eelam war with Bats & Balls,
there may have been many winners by now.

Wish, the next find for SL cricket emerge from the Wanni..

Prabakaran can heal the wounds by promoting sports instead of building runways and bunkers BUT stadiums for
Cricket & Athletics.

Hope Wanni will change her mind and produce many colourful
the likes of Late Donald Ganeshkumar my friend in the begining of the seventies.
