All LTTE diehards are disappointed yet again.

Don't try to be a silly billy.

This match is not with LTTE. This is among the existing Asian countries and as such Tamils are happy to congratulate the Sri Lankan team for their gallant performance in winning the Asia Cup.

Tamils are against the oppression by political leaders. Only people who understands the plight of those affected first by Sinhala Only Act and ensuing discriminatory legislations.

If Sri Lanka wants to join the league of civilised nations the grievances of the minorities must be addressed and equal treatment ensured.

Congratulation Sri Lanka......:))

When there is no fight between us and the Sinahlese, I will cheer for the island of Ilankai- my mother land. I have no love for Indians (Tamil Nadu excluded) :))

The bedrock of the Sri Lankan Tamil identity is the feeling that this island is the community's mother country. And that fact, namely its geography and history have shaped the cultural traditions of the Sri Lankan Tamils. Their feeling is that they belong to this island and nowhere else. And they are very proud of it.

What a game. Mendis was a handful. There were three individual great performances. Jayasuriya, Mendis and Murali. Murali tightened the grip when needed most. Mendis broke India's back. Jaya gave us a defendable total. Well done SL! Proud to be SriLankan.

Sri Lanka Wins Aisa Cup

In the not too distant future, when Sorry Lanka becomes a state of India, it will contribute well to the Indian national team.

But for now let it celebrate its victory as a sovereign nation.

India's first mistake was asking SL to bat.

It was batting wicket, and India could have easily pilled up 300+.
