The ancient Tamil books and inscriptions clearly describe the boundaries of the Land of Tamils or Tamil speaking world (Thamil Koorum nallulakam) .
Thivya, you have mixed up big time South India and Tamils. Evenin the whole world tamils are not at the front. It is the THELUGU, another group of Dravidians, who is at the front.
Remember, whether sinhalas are tamil mixed or not, Sinhala Language replaced Tamil In Sri Lanka.
No one can deny that.
AT preseent, it is a Sinhala land. Tamils don't have any Country in their own name. |

GOSL is not going to dump them in immediate future. For sure, GOSL will convince Karuna not to vie for CM post and promise something in next general election which is due in 2009. Mean time Karuna will be kept busy with some request to help with welioya front. Walioya seems to be the most vulnerable and fragile out of all defenses.
That makes a lot of sense..
I have another question. Do You think when karuna went to Uk someone (insider) gave the tip to the UK immigration /police.
If that is the case protecting Karuna for a long time might be an issue.
I also like to know since Gota and the Gosl denied any involvement in Karuna fake PP affair and the arrest they will be forced to show the IC that they are doing something about it. like charge karuna first..(i know they will let him go later)

Poor karuna
He is representing whole Tamil community (east+north)but he can not go to east or north with out his own. |

After Buddhaghosha, the important Theravada monk from the Tamil country was Dhammapala. Dhammapala lived in the Mahavihara at Anuradhapura.
He composed paramathadipani which was a commentary on Buddhaghosha s work on Khuddaka Nikaya and Paramathamanjusa, which was a commentary on Buddhaghosha s Visuddhimagga. A close study of the three Buddhist monks viz Buddhadatta, Buddhaghosha and Dhammapala shows that Tamil Buddhists were closely associated with the Sri Lankan Buddhists around the 5th century AD.

Are you challenging the fact that the Tamil Monk Buddhgossa wrote Visuddhimagga. I know you Sinhala racist twist the history of Sri Lanka to deny the Tamil connection but you are trying to hide the truth of a religious author. Even the Buddha wouldn't tolerate this type of thuggery.

do you know how far is Vellankulam to Vidthalthivu on A32?
15 miles.
Why do you say that if amphibious landing is not possible, SLA cannot go beyond Vellankullam.
Do not have enough people to cover their main supply routs and defenses.
Do you remember how SLA got the LTTE bundled up behind verugal aru, the great devider??
Forces were in Trinco on the dividing line between North and East to cut off supplies. But in North, there are no such separations and can not corner the enemy. They all it 'boxing' in military. So, LTTE can comfortably withdraw at their own time and reengage somewhere else. |

Well how on earth you can say your not against her when she bash all sinhalese..is it your opinion or most of the guys who were against her for the last 1 hour..lolz
I am sure she stick to her points very well and she does not use bad language and I am sure that annoys everyone who is against her..
Its nothing anoying, it is interesting to see another point of view even if it is of extreme.
It is better to correct the wrongs of a difficult child than to drive him away. this is the reason for GOSL being prepared to talk to LTTE even after 30 years of mayham. Chandrika was even prepared to give free 10 yrs rule for prabha without any elections.
women enters into conversations not merely for the sake of conversation. they think it as a relationship. annoying or block walling would simply drive the women away.
The opinion is mine since we are in a virtual environment.
