What Sri Lanka needs after LTTE is Psychiatrists and Psychologists.
Psychologists for the Victims of LTTE and Psychiatrists for surrendered LTTE.
IS SL prepared for the demand. Hell no.
We have merely 10-15 professionals. Substitute with Buddhist monks
the first person to get that treatment should be you.:)

Velus' pre-frontal cortex had been damaged since his childhood. Man has no emotions. Just like Ted Bundy. These are ill people we must be kind to them.
They need professional help.

Remember just before he was dispatched, KAruna's extortions both in Colombo and in the East became unbearable.
KAruna went just out of control because of extorted money and greed
KOTA got his share as well.:)

Velu can not be compared with Ted Bundy.
Velu is very much a psychopath just like Hitler. Velu does not like all Sinhala, tamil or indian people who does not obey to him. |

I said to wait and see on karuna, Pillayan issue..
I think all your replies to me connects LTTE..That is the main issue for you to react on a personal way..or may be sometime back we did not agree on some other issue..
I also like to point out you brining in Mavilaru etc only points to LTTE and not the issue we are talking about..
I do not wish to argue your line of things that are just speculations.
everything we talk about the future is speculation..U saying mavilaru and we see the benefit is also speculation..
what we discuss on what will happen or even some news are sheer speculation..It is not just my line of things it is urs as well..when You have a LOG in your eye you should not ask me to take the spec from mine..

it is understandable that he lost trust in sinhalese and their leadership. some example are even agreement reached at peace talks were not implemented fully and south gave lame excuses.
eg PTOMS,

not given any chance to talk on ISGA

Remember, at one point you were impatient to know when would SLA march to Wanni.
Problem is we never tried talking to him, we did with Selvam, Balasingham never with Velu one on one.
Velu is not a bad man. He is only a sick man.
Velu knew about his poor negotiating capabilities and, even when people wanted to talk him directly he never came out.
His expertise is in killings, and just holding onto the top position at any cost.
I don't think, there is any purpose trying to protect Velu. the day he was named for the Rajeev's case and a few more his fate was decided. |

You say, agreements were not implemented.
Another way to put that is saying, Velu worked in his interests which is a separate administration only for tamil interests. GOSL worked in GOSL's interests which is sri Lankan. |
