Karuna going to UK and sending him to UK two different issues.
We all know he was sent to UK by Gota..not he was going on a Holiday Visa..We all know Pillayan was getting stronger in the East and there were conflict between P & K.
After landing in UK and issues with UK Authorities,things did changed in Colombo.
I am not sure why anything should change in Colombo
Colombo is the one who got Karuna the fake PP whether he was sent or went on a holiday.
Colombo is the one who denied the whole issue
am I right so far?
Karuna was arrested for holding a fake PP and served a jail term and if Colombo denied the whole issue of Fake PP then on his return Karuna should be arrested and treated according to the law
what we see in this thread proves Gosl lied ever getting K the PP.

Karuna going to UK on a fake PP is a master strategy of GOSL. I do not wish to discuss the details here.
what you have confirmed here is the Gosl was behind karuna going to UK, the so called Master Strategy should also include what happens if he gets called..in my view it is a failed stupid strategy..
If you do not wish to discuss further clearly means your trying to avoid the core of the issue.
It involves certain aspects like Karuna's being a mass murderer (his history being a negative aspect when a CM post comes into equation) in the past and rivalry that existed between Pilliyan faction and karuna and karuna's personal interest to join his family until the dust settled.
He is a mass murderer but since he joined with the Gosl, he is pardoned and called a 'SAINT'
I don't think he was going to be with his family cos of pillayan issue etc ..if you recollect there were articles about him visiting France etc even before he left on a fake PP.
again what you confirmed here is there were serious issues between Pilayan and Karuna
The news that Karuna would join LTTE when he returned was coocked up by a few news agencies loyal to LTTE.
Now your saying but upto yesterday there was total confusion as to those reports..the possibility is always there cos Pillyan is the CM and Karuna can't work along with him. Now this report seems to be the only Gospel Truth and all other earlier reports are COOKED UP..
u sway as to the side the wind blows..u want to hear what is only sweet in your ears..I don't blame u..
Ur 'fishy' story, I can say is nothing but a dim hope for the survival of the LTTE at least in this final moments.. nothing else.
U have a serious issue..my post has nothing to do with LTTE, I was talking about Karuna..U should come out of the circle you live in and look at a bigger picture..
This interview is still 'Fishy'
let us wait and see..rather than passing judgement

Before Karuna Left to UK by any source.../ Ground work was done by a political party.
Karuna was well 'formed' to leave Sri Lanka,sadly he got caught but after that warring parties worked 'changed' formula to bring groups together understand situations.
One main reason was IC bashing to wards Karuna for his past involvements,not pillian as some worriers highlight.
GOSL killed few birds from one move, not one may be four.
The most damaging is to HR worriers,and LTTE supporters who tried there best to fix Karuna at the home ground of HR Office.
MR will Use Karuna Card wisely to achieve Chinthana Goals.
Not that easy but paying off.

| LTTE is weak becouse of you people break away from the LTTE. When you were together SL military did not have access to many places in East. However, now you have chosen democreatic path to solve your problem and hope you will not go back to weapons. If you can produce good results Prabha too will chose your path for the Northern problems. |

Fake PP.../ If GOSL arrest all fake PP holders Negombo Prison will explode.
What make some one to prove GOSL involved with K's PP....?
Karuna was send to the Noose..But it came othervise../
One reason too many involved.
Colombo has handle the issue well, but not perfect.they lost face to UK but turn otherwise in Political theater. |

I think karuna's intention was to visit his family and come back to SL. If he had the intention of claiming asylum, he would have thrown away the passport and informed immigiration authority. he did not do that. that means he wanted to come back to SL on the same passport. It is Pillayan's luck that Karuna was arrested and jailed for 8 months and pillayan has the time to capture TMVP and control caders loyal to karuna. I dont think karuna has any power to fight with pillayan now. but GOSL may keep karuna AND use him to weaken Pillayan if pillayan gives problem to govt asking more powers (land, police and finance to EP).

I don't think it was well planned..a Plan that was called by Nacho as MASTER STRATEGY is only successful if Karuna has returned back to SL without any issues.
The plan failed the moment he was caught in UK..(Again I am not sure whether there was a TIP from SL)
what was the change we are talking about? giving Pillyan the CM or what do you with Karuna
what we all know is Karuna and Pillyan do not get along but this thread says all together a different story..
It does not make any sense. There is no way Pillayan will give his position to karuna
That is the reason i said this report cannot be trusted..it is a report made up by the Gosl to show there is no difference between Pillayn and Karuna
That is the very reason I said this report sounds 'Fishy' |
