Lankamuslims.com says it was Mahinda Rajapakse who made P-TOMS redundant by agreeing not to make it legally binding.
Minister Bandaranaike said equal distribution of the tsunami aid was a must whatever name it was given. 'Be it Mahinda-TOMS or P-TOMS, there should be a mechanism in place.'
In contrast, the newly-launched Mahinda Rajapakse manifesto said the P-TOMS agreement would not be implemented and instead there would be a Jaya Lanka' programme to rebuild the tsunami-devastated areas in the North-East. |

do you remember Nadarajah Raviraj & and Sivanesan?? They were recently killed by sinhalese.
You have a strange brain that you remember Amirthalingam who was killed long ago well but you could not remember others who were recently killed by sinhalese.

How do you feel when DVLDV claims that Amirthalingam commited suicide or branding him as a traitor?
The answer Dr. Watson is in DVLDV's own statement:
don't you think he was a traitor for backing out?
Feelings are deeper. Thinking has more form. DVLDV's statement is to show his support for his own Tamil party. I recognize no such internal divisions.

Yes I do. You forgot the most recent killings T Maheswaran and Jeyaraj, exicuted by Tamils.
You should be providing this info to GOSL. They don't have a clue and are unable to close even a single case.
the point is lots of politicians and civilians were killed by LTTE goons.
