wrong. off the track. misguided.
It was a court ruling after JVP filed the case.

Yes on paper.
but VP violated it thousands of times and turned the CFA into nothing but a piece of paper.

If Kumara says he is Pera that is fine. Otherwise he is Kumara to me. I respect the privacy of the individual. When I got married to Param, one smart member of Param's family said 'formerly Mrs. Shivajothi and now Mrs. Paramasivam??' That was poor way of winning me over. In fact he was trying to show off which meant to him I was outsider. Now he is accept by me as part of the family. But that taught me a lesson not to go beyond the surface except for a higher purpose.
