	Hey Chennai.. Aug 2009 or Aug 2010 ? It does not matter. What matters most is that more lives will be spared. Who knows... it is better when the General speaks like a seasoned military man instead of a political puppet of MR. Don't expect SLA to pack up and go home yet though :)
